#1. Why shop with Altitude Authentics?

We are the Official Team Store of your Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids! We are able to offer the biggest selection of team merchandise!

#2. How long do orders take to ship?

We typically expect orders to within 1-2 business days. If possible we try to get orders out the same day Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship on Monday due to carrier pick up.
To be able to offer a big selection of Rapids merchandise, often items are only located at DSGP and make take an additional 1-2 business days to retrieve the merchandise from DSGP.

#3.Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to almost any country via FedEx International! Some countries require Taxes and Duties and is the customers responsibility to pay those as we do not charge for that.

#4.How do you ship orders?

We ship domestic orders via UPS and USPS. All International Orders will be shipped FedEx International.

#7.Why didn't my order contain a packing slip?

In an effort to go green, we no longer pack a physical packing slips. Your email confirmation will serve as packing slip.
